What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial, institutional and industrial HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, air handling systems, ductless mini-splits, hot water heating systems, etc.). Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups to maximize energy efficiency. Perform equipment and system repairs. Perform equipment replacements. Maintain accurate records of service performed. Interact professionally with customers, explaining diagnostic findings. Keep the company service vehicle clean, safe, and properly stocked with inventory. What We Look For (Requirements): Professional HVAC service experience. EPA Universal Certification (Type I & Type II required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and comfort working with electrical schematics. A team player with excellent customer service skills and a high standard of integrity. How to
