HVAC Journeyman / Field Foreman Smart Care Equipment Solutions United States, Wisconsin, Green Bay Sep 09, 2026 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman / Field Foreman to join our growing team. This position requires a skilled technician who can independently complete small daily HVAC installations while also leading crews on larger light commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong installation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on light commercial projects.

Perform daily HVAC equipment installations, replacements, and system upgrades.

Coordinate manpower, materials, and job schedules to keep projects on track.

Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications.

Ensure installations comply with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.

Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions in the field.

Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, customers, and team members.

Train and mentor apprentice and junior HVAC installers.

Maintain accurate job documentation and material usage.

Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications Journeyman-level HVAC experience.

Previous experience as a Field Foreman, Lead Installer, or Crew Leader.

Strong background in light commercial HVAC installations.

Service experience with diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment.

Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.

Experience with rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, ductwork, and HVAC controls.

Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

EPA Universal Certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with tenant improvements, office buildings, retail, restaurants, and other light commercial facilities.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Ability to plan projects, order materials, and coordinate with subcontractors.
