Nicolet Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Multi-Family / Commercial HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years of commercial or multi-family HVAC installation experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems in new multi-family and commercial construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications. Install ductwork, rooftop units, furnaces, air handlers, exhaust systems, and other HVAC equipment. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with local codes and company standards. Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of commercial and/or multi-family HVAC installation experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
