YOUR ROLE AS OUR HVAC SERVICE HELPER
Helping the lead technicians complete efficient, high-quality services for various heating and air conditioning systems Learning the ins and outs of jobsite preparation, tool usage, basic equipment maintenance, and more Doing your best to complete excellent work for every customer In order to do this, you'll need the following: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Ability to work in various temperatures (mainly hot environments), climb ladders, and work in spaces like attics Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, and stay organized Availability to work rotating nights/weekends Valid driver's license Motivation to do your best and grow within this skilled trade Field service experience would be a bonus, but we're open to entry-level candidates eager to learn a new skillset.
