Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Advisor to lead our team in providing exceptional heating and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects effectively. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and service personnel. Oversee the maintenance, service and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, residential furnaces, boilers, and accessories. Review schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation and service procedures are followed. Assisting with scheduling of heating & cooling system maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in HVAC design and service techniques. Manage project timelines and ensure that work is completed efficiently and within budget. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with other departments on property maintenance projects as needed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems. Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints related to HVAC design. Experience as a service technician with a solid understanding of refrigeration principles. Familiarity with systems related to HVAC installations. Ability to perform equipment repairs using tools such as an ohmmeter and diagnostic equipment. Experience in field service roles with a focus on customer satisfaction. Background in appliance repair or property maintenance is advantageous. Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites. $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
