Schedule & Lifestyle Benefits 4-day work week: Friday-Monday Tuesday-Thursday consistently free Predictable scheduling designed to support balance and stability Why Join THIS Team Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance Disability & Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) benefits Ongoing training, development, and growth opportunities Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Boot allowance Tool loan program What YOU Will Do Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment Work side-by-side with experienced installers and technicians Pre-stage tools, parts, and materials for job-site readiness Help measure, prepare, and execute installations efficiently Operate hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ensure installations meet company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications Who YOU Are 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the HVAC trade Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law What You'll Gain Stable, consistent weekend work Hands-on training and skill development Support from knowledgeable leaders and teammates A clear pathway to long-term advancement in HVAC installation Master Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
