Coach. Build. Grow. All Comfort Services is one of South Central Wisconsin's most established and respected home service companies. For over 50 years, we have provided exceptional HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and indoor air quality solutions while building a workplace where employees come first. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our residential and light commercial installation department. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, driving financial performance, and creating an outstanding customer experience. If you have a passion for coaching technicians, managing operations, and continuously improving a department, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC installation technicians.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field inspections, and hands-on coaching.
  • Hold installers accountable to company standards and key performance indicators.
  • Review departmental financial performance and profitability.
  • Improve labor efficiency and reduce installation callbacks.
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer requirements, and local codes.
  • Coordinate scheduling and manpower with dispatch and sales.
  • Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Promote safety, OSHA compliance, and consistent use of company procedures.
  • Develop training plans for apprentices and experienced installers.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
  • Continuously improve installation processes and customer satisfaction. QualificationsRequired
  • 8+ years of HVAC industry experience, with strong installation knowledge.
  • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to read plans, specifications, and installation documentation.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Preferred
  • NATE Certification.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan.
  • Experience with Lennox equipment.
