You Top-Tier Hourly Pay:
$35.00- $45.

Branded, fully-stocked company van, fuel card, company-paid iPad, uniforms with professional laundry service, tool reimbursement, and boot reimbursement. What You'll Do (The Workflow) Morning Prep (7:45 AM): Meet at the shop and spend 15-20 minutes reviewing the day's job with the salesperson. Talk through what was bid, ensure you have everything you need, and map out anticipated roadblocks so you can head out fully prepared. On the Road (8:00 AM- 4:00 PM): Drive the company van to the job site (with your helper) and lead the installation project to completion with elite attention to detail.
End of Day:
Return to the shop, check in with the team, clean off the trucks, and make sure everything is prepped and ready to roll for the next morning.Collaborate:
Participate in short office team meetings twice a week to share ideas, pitch growth strategies, and talk through how we can do better as a company. "See a Need, Fill a Need"- While your primary role is Lead Installer, we all chip in wherever it's needed. We look for individuals with a flexible mindset who are willing to step in and wear another hat if a unique need arises
- whether that means helping out in new construction or assisting the service division.
Table Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience specifically as an HVAC Lead Installer, cleanly leading projects from start to finish.Credentials:
EPA Certification is required.Elite Problem-Solving Skills:
