$32•50+/hr DOE — no ceiling, top Leads earn well over $50/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $10,000 DOE and driving record (paid quarterly over 2 years)

Weekly Bonus:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00 PM | No on-call, ever

What you'll do Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish across Milwaukee, Waukesha, and surrounding counties Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, and full ductwork systems Read and interpret installation drawings, mechanical plans, and system layouts Test, balance, commission, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems Train and supervise HVAC helpers and junior installers — build the next generation of Capital Leads Ensure every install meets local and state mechanical codes Deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps Capital at the top of Milwaukee reviews What we're looking for 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience , with proven ability to run a job independently

EPA 608 / EPA
