Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing the comfort, safety, and efficiency of commercial and residential environments. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and ammonia refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new HVAC systems in compliance with design specifications and safety standards, ensuring efficient operation. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and property maintenance needs. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference. Operate a vehicle safely when transporting equipment or parts to job sites. Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems including air conditioning, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and appliance repair. Mechanical aptitude with experience in welding, equipment repair, and property maintenance tasks. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to HVAC/R work environments. Valid driver license with a clean driving record preferred.
Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
