HVAC Technician Qualifications:
2 + Years of Residential or Light Commercial HVAC Experience required Diagnostic / Troubleshooting Experience required RTU, Hydronic System, Ductless Splits, Make Up Air Units, and Heat Pump Experience preferred Low Voltage Wiring and Zoning Control Experience preferred
Position Offers:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Top Benefits! Plenty of OT! PTO! 401K & More!
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
This role involves performing residential and light commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair work Responsibilities include servicing and troubleshooting furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, and related systems such as RTUs up to 25 tons, ductless and hydronic systems, make-up air units, heat pumps, and zoning controls Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures. Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures. Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts. Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics. Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
