Commercial HVAC Lead Technician / Job Foreman Harry Electrical is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Technician / Job Foreman to join our team. We need someone who can run commercial HVAC jobs, read drawings, install equipment, troubleshoot systems, lead team members, and keep projects moving without constant direction. Our work includes new construction, renovations, hospitals, clinics, schools, offices, and other commercial facilities. Responsibilities Run commercial HVAC construction projects. Read drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules. Install and troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment. Work with rooftop units, splits, mini-splits, heat pumps, VRF/VRV, boilers, chillers, exhaust systems, and other commercial HVAC equipment. Plan daily work and keep team members productive. Train and teach helpers and less-experienced team members. Plan materials ahead of time to avoid delays and unnecessary supply-house trips. Coordinate with project managers, GCs, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades. Complete daily reports, timekeeping, job photos, and material lists. Keep projects organized, safe, and on schedule. What We're Looking For Strong commercial HVAC experience. Ability to run jobs with limited supervision. Able to read Drawings and lay out work. Hands-on and willing to work alongside the team. Good leadership and communication skills. Organized and able to plan ahead. Dependable and able to stay on task. Professional when working in occupied facilities. Requirements EPA Universal Certification West Virginia HVAC License OSHA 10 Valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Schedule & Travel Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour days, but some projects may require Monday-Friday, eight-hour days. Overtime may be required depending on deadlines. Most work is within approximately 1½ hours of Princeton, WV, with no regular overnight travel.
