About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving North Central West Virginia and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$37.00 per hour, based on experience and skills

Overtime:

Overtime pay available

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts (Day shift)

On-Call:

Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule

Work Location:

In person - based in Morgantown, WV Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, electrical, and control systems Perform routine maintenance and emergency service on commercial HVAC equipment Accurately document work and communicate with customers and team

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience (5 years preferred)

Licensing:
