Take the next step with a family-run HVAC team in Rock Springs, WY, where you'll work on a balanced mix of residential and commercial service and installation while helping shape a growing HVAC division. This Master HVAC Technician / Lead HVAC Manager opportunity keeps you hands-on in the field, with the chance to mentor 1-2 apprentices and support day-to-day scheduling and process improvements. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Master HVAC Technician / Lead HVAC Manager position include: 5+ years of HVAC experience required Master HVAC license and EPA Universal certification required (WY accepts valid UT or CO licensing) Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC service and installation Ability to read and interpret commercial prints Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your day-to-day Self-managing and able to manage/mentor 1-2 apprentices Support bidding and estimating when needed and help build processes for a growing HVAC division Field-based work across southwest Wyoming with occasional after-hours/on-call, out-of-town, and overnight travel
