EXPERIENCED LIGHT DUTY MECHANIC

Job Overview:

PrideStaff is seeking two dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Light Duty Mechanics. We are looking for candidates who walk in ready to work—boots on and tools in the truck. If you are coachable, reliable, and looking for a stable environment where you can build skills that aren't taught elsewhere, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Body Prep:

Prepare bodies for installation.

Installation:

Install various parts and components as required.

Wiring:

Perform wiring on components prior to body installation on the truck.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with the shop team to maintain workflow and meet production goals.

Requirements:

Tool Requirement:

Must furnish your own personal hand tools.

Work Ethic:

Punctual, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running.

Attitude:

Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and earn advancement.

Mechanical Aptitude:

A basic understanding of mechanics is desired; we prioritize a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn over extensive experience.

Experience :

At least 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Light Duty Diesel Mechanic.

Details:

Pay:

$17 - $19/hr (depending on experience).

Schedule:
