As a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic you will: Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in daily repair and preventive maintenance activities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Inspect, test, and diagnose machinery and equipment malfunctions Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Review blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals to support repairs Manage maintenance work orders and documentation Order parts, tools, and supplies as needed Support facility maintenance projects and equipment installations Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards Train and mentor maintenance personnel Work closely with production teams to maintain equipment reliability
Schedule:
M-F 5:30am- 2:00pm This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or GED Previous maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Welding, fabrication, HVAC, or plumbing experience is a plus Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
Pay Rate:
$28/hr. plus DOE Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
