Day Shift:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. EB welding

REQUIRED , TIG

welding and/or brazing a plus.

Pay Rate:

$21hr - $24hr

DOE Job Description:

Perform a variety of assembly operations and tasks on electronic or electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Perform complex and difficult assembly tasks. Required to work from established prints and drawings. Use the EB Welding machine in different pressure environments Performs delicate placement and alignment, wire bonding and hand soldering of small components. Uses soldering irons, crimping tools, and any other special tooling as required to perform tasks. Performs any rework requiring similar operations

Skills:

Ability to work with small components on a repetitive basis. At least 1 year of Elctron Beam Welding experience Regular use of microscope in assembly. Soldering certification, a plus. At least 1 of electromechanical assembly experience. At least 3 years of manufacturing industry experience. Ability or read schematics, diagrams, drawings, BOM/part lists and other engineering diagrams Experience using hand tools/power tools, soldering irons, drills, wrenches, etc. Basic math and computer skills. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50lb.
