Schedule Monday-Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Full-Time Position Overtime may be available What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and industrial equipment Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Repair and replace bearings, belts, chains, rollers, motors, and gearboxes Maintain and troubleshoot 3-phase motors Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical issues Perform welding and fabrication using MIG and Stick welding processes Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety requirements Equipment You'll Work On Conveyor Systems Motors & Gearboxes Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Balers Air Compressors Material Handling Equipment Industrial Processing Equipment Recycling & Production Machinery Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Experience troubleshooting conveyors and rotating equipment Welding and fabrication experience (MIG & Stick) Experience with 3-phase motors Mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals preferred Experience in manufacturing, mining, aggregate, recycling, construction materials, or heavy industrial environments preferred Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs. Climb stairs, ladders, catwalks, and platforms Work around moving machinery and industrial equipment Stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Work Environment This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position working in a: Dusty and noisy environment Recycling and material processing facility Fast-paced production setting High-energy maintenance team Why Join Us?
