Work alongside senior mentors to assemble, install, and service custom elevators in high-end private residences. Master theTrade:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
Installation & Assembly:
Assist with assembling, mounting, and setting up mechanical drive systems, cabs, rails, and electrical components in residential elevator hoistways.Tool & Equipment Operation:
Safely handle hand tools, power tools, hoists, rigging gear, and electrical testing equipment.Field Service & Maintenance:
Support troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repair tasks for existing residential elevators.Physical Execution:
Perform heavy manual labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight, confined spaces or at heights.Safety Protocols:
Follow strict safety standards, including fall protection, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and job-site hazard management.Customer Care:
Work inside high-end private residences and construction sites with white-glove respect, cleanliness, and professionalism.Travel & Schedule:
Travel across assigned regions with overnight stays as needed, working 40+ hours per week with overtime.Trade Learning:
