Our client is seeking a skilled Field Service Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Southern California area. If you have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR at least 3 years of mechanical experience working on specifically 5 - axis CNC machines, a stable job history, and the ability to travel 90% of the time , we want to hear from you! Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be available to respond promptly to customer installation needs and service issues, including last minute and emergency calls. Assemble, install, and perform start-up of new CNC machines in accordance with company standards. Assemble, install, and commission automated assembly equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine and equipment errors to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Accurately use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, levels, indicators, and micrometers. Read, interpret, and follow mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical prints and technical drawings. Read and interpret tool layouts and NC programming, including G-code and M-functions. Respond to customer emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
