Job Qualifications:
- + Typically requires a two-year technical degree or trade school equivalent and ten or more years progressive experience as a stationary engineer, journeyman plumber or HVAC mechanic.

certification in refrigerant recovery. + Strong analytical skills to use Management Control Systems to determine current status of operating equipment and plumbing systems. + Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of employees, outside vendors and contractors. + Strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately document and report findings. + The ability to resolve complex issues that require evaluation and interpretation. + Strong knowledge of computer operations and application pertinent to the field. + Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential. + Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance may be required. + Ability to work extended hours and a on-call rotation is required.- US Citizenship Required?:
