Limtronik USA is seeking an Electronic Assembly Technician to assemble electronic equipment, components, and subassemblies in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. The successful candidate will work from detailed work instructions, drawings, work orders, and customer specifications to produce high-quality products that meet defined specifications, quality standards, and performance requirements. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, good hand dexterity, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following company procedures, rules, and safety regulations.
• Prepare workstations and gather required parts, instructions, checklists, tools, and materials before beginning assembly.
• Inspect parts and components prior to assembly to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Follow work instructions provided by the Production Manager and complete assigned work orders within established timeframes.
• Read and interpret work orders, SOPs, assembly instructions, technical drawings, templates, and checklists.
• Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements.
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components by measuring, fastening, connecting and routing wires, installing serial labels, installing hardware, and performing related assembly operations.
• Examine connections and completed assemblies to verify proper installation and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Accurately measure components and ensure proper fit and placement during assembly.
• Use tools, materials, equipment, and supplies appropriately to minimize waste, prevent errors, and achieve production goals.
• Notify the Production Manager of assembly problems, material shortages, quality concerns, or other issues that may affect production.
• Place completed products in designated areas for quality inspection.
• Maintain tools and equipment by completing required preventive maintenance activities, following manufacturer instructions, troubleshooting basic malfunctions, and requesting repairs when necessary.
• Complete required production, quality, and other manufacturing documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a professional and positive working environment and communicate respectfully with coworkers and management.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate changing customer and production requirements.
• Participate in training activities to develop technical skills and knowledge and assist in training other team members when needed.
• Remain flexible and assist in other departments or production cells as business needs require.
• Contribute to overall team performance by completing assigned tasks and supporting other production activities as needed. Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; related vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation experience required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience working with electronics, tools, wiring, mechanical components, or related materials preferred.
• Ability to proficiently use hand tools and, when required, power tools.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of technical terminology and the ability to interpret technical drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
• Ability to accurately measure components and properly fit parts into designated assembly locations.
• Ability to distinguish between different part sizes, configurations, orientations, and hardware types.
• Good hand dexterity and strength for assembling products within established production requirements.
• Fabrication skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused once an assignment is provided.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds .
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently stoop, bend, reach, and move throughout the production environment.
• Good vision is required to properly inspect, identify, measure, and assemble components.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and assembly operations for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and seasonal environmental conditions.
• Ability to maintain a steady and productive work pace while supporting coworkers and responding to changing production needs.
