Full Job Description Elevator Modernization & Repair Mechanic Location:
Denver, Colorado Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
Up to $70 per hour About the Role We are looking for an experienced Elevator Modernization and Repair Mechanic in Denver. You must be able to independently run both hydraulic and traction modernization projects from start to finish. What You'll Do Run hydraulic and traction modernization projects. Troubleshoot and complete elevator repairs. Read wiring diagrams and technical documents. Make sure all work meets safety and industry standards. Keep accurate records for completed work. Communicate with customers and other team members. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles. What You'll Need You must meet at least one of these requirements: Hold a current Conveyance Mechanic License. Be eligible to take the Colorado mechanic exam. This requires proof of at least 1,700 hours of unsupervised industry experience per year for three years. Be currently enrolled in school and eligible for a Temporary Conveyance Mechanic License.
You must also have:
Experience with hydraulic and traction modernization. The ability to run your own modernization projects. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. A strong commitment to safety. The ability to work independently. Pay and Benefits Up to $70 per hour , based on experience.
