Job Description

ElectroMechanical Assembly $22-$25 hourly / Denver, CO Monday-Friday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (OT opportunity)

K/etc Responsibilities:
Basic assembly of mechanical parts and wiring harnesses under supervision Read and follow simple assembly drawings and wiring diagrams, work orders, and assembly instructions Strip and crimp wires, mount components, and plug connectors safely Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies and electrical components from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Perform mechanical alignments, torque fasteners to specification, and conduct fit checks Use hand and power tools to build control panels, switchboards, and associated wiring Perform basic to advanced electrical testing (depending on level), including use of multimeters, hipot testers, and power supplies Independent assembly of medium-complexity electro-mechanical systems Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics Perform light troubleshooting and basic mechanical or electrical rework Conduct in-process inspections for part orientation, correct wiring, and torque specifications Adhere to UL manufacturing standards and support testing/QA functions Requirements Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical assembly experience Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, calibration tools, wire stripping/crimping Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
