We're looking for an Assembler II to join our growing Production Team and help build high-quality, complex products that make an impact. In this role, you'll work with mechanical, optical, electrical, and electronic assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are valued every day. If you enjoy building, troubleshooting, soldering, and working with advanced components and tools — we want to hear from you! What You'll Do As an Assembler II, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are assembled accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, clean, and install mechanical, optical, electrical, and electronic components using detailed work instructions Install wiring harnesses and follow schematics accurately Identify components using RETMA color and numerical coding Perform soldering of: Through-hole components to IPC-610 standards Harness and wire assemblies to IPC-620 standards Use manufacturing tools including soldering irons, multi-meters, and continuity testers Support inventory cycle counts and material handling activities Identify and report non-conforming materials Maintain quality documentation and follow established quality standards Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and safetyWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment Experience using assembly tools and electronic testing equipment Ability to read and interpret written, graphic, and pictorial work instructions Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Join Us?
