Industrial Maintenance Mechanic $40.25 PER

HOUR - 3RD SHIFT - DANBURY, CT

This is heavy-duty industrial maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay & Benefits $40.25 per hour, ($35/hr. Base Pay + 15% Shift Differential) Monday through Friday, 10pm to 6:30am. Limited OT, not guaranteed.

Benefits:

3 weeks of PTO (15 days, increasing each year), 16 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, and 5% annual bonus.

Tools:

Company provided. No need to bring your own. What You Will Do Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and test equipment. Install and maintain production equipment, replacement parts, and new machinery. Record maintenance work in a computerized system and support general building maintenance. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or GED with maintenance experience. 1 to 3 years of mechanical repair experience. Additional experience/technical training is a plus. Comfortable diagnosing equipment problems, reading diagrams, and using computers. Familiarity with routine maintenance (PMs), calibration, or safety standards is helpful. Knowledge of GMP, or cGMP is a plus. Interested in Learning More?
