We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to our technical operations. Core Duties Assemble aerospace parts by strictly following established technical requirements. Diagnose and fix pneumatic system issues to keep operations running smoothly. Perform regular upkeep and necessary fixes on the machinery used for assembly. Apply precise shop math to ensure all measurements and tolerances are met. Analyze technical blueprints to facilitate accurate assembly workflows. Work alongside colleagues to help refine and optimize our assembly methods. Support a safe and orderly workspace to ensure team-wide compliance with safety protocols. Required Qualifications Between 5 and 10 years of professional aviation background. Demonstrated history of working in aerospace manufacturing and mechanical assembly. Expertise in identifying and resolving problems within mechanical and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of standard practices for repairing and maintaining assembly tools. Skilled at interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints. Capable of performing accurate shop math calculations and measurements. High level of precision and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities. Effective interpersonal skills for successful collaboration within a team setting.
