This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate across departments, and develop essential skills in process improvement, automation, and manufacturing systems. You will contribute to optimizing production processes, supporting engineering troubleshooting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and quality. This paid position is ideal for recent graduates or those with some factory or industrial experience eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting manufacturing processes and recommend effective solutions. Support the design and modification of CAD models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software for tooling, fixtures, and equipment. • Provide day-to-day quality engineering support for sales, manufacturing operations and product lines. • Maintain & enforce product quality inspection and testing requirements. Write non-conforming material reports, Process/Product change notification, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions Lead root cause investigations, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous product improvements across the product lifecycle. Skills/Requirments Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar software for schematics and design documentation.. Experience with project scheduling tools and project management principles within a manufacturing setting. Ability to perform engineering troubleshooting using root cause analysis methods; familiar with
