Duties Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting manufacturing processes and recommend effective solutions. Support the design and modification of CAD models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software for tooling, fixtures, and equipment. • Provide day-to-day quality engineering support for sales, manufacturing operations and product lines. • Maintain & enforce product quality inspection and testing requirements. Write non-conforming material reports, Process/Product change notification, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions Lead root cause investigations, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous product improvements across the product lifecycle. Skills/Requirments Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar software for schematics and design documentation.. Experience with project scheduling tools and project management principles within a manufacturing setting. Ability to perform engineering troubleshooting using root cause analysis methods; familiar with

ISO 9001

standards. Familiarity with Lean management practices, Six Sigma methodologies, process engineering, continuous improvement strategies, and factory experience. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration; capable of analyzing engineering data to support quality improvement programs. Requires a 2 Year or more degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
