Industrial Maintenance MechanicBilingual Required:
English / Spanish Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenanceof manufacturing equipment across the plant. This role requires strong mechanical and electricaltroubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently across multiple production lines.

Bilingual communication is essential for coordinating with operators, supervisors, and externalcontractors. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on manufacturing machinery per establishedSchedulesDiagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical failuresRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagramsInstall, align, and test new or repaired equipment to ensure proper operationRespond promptly to production breakdowns to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate maintenance logs, PM completion records, and parts usageDocumentationCommunicate equipment status and repair needs clearly to supervisors and operators inEnglish and SpanishIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and uptimeMaintain the maintenance shop and parts area in a clean and organized conditionFollow all LOTO (lockout/tagout), safety, and environmental compliance procedures RequirementsMinimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude; experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulicsElectrical troubleshooting experience: 480V 3-phase, PLCs, VFDs, and contro! panels a plus ability to weld (MIG/stick) preferredBilingual English/Spanish required; must read, write, and communicate effectively in both languagesAbility to interpret technical drawings and equipment manualsExperience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems preferredMust be able to lift up to 75 Ibs, work at heights, and perform tasks in confined spacesAvailable for on-call coverage and overtime as needed Schedule Full-time. Day shift with potential for rotating or on-call coverage. Overtime as required
