Full-Time | Manufacturing Indorama Ventures Hygiene is looking for a skilled and hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our Covington, GA manufacturing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep our production operations running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Diagnose equipment issues and determine the best course of action for repairs Work with motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, belts, sensors, switches, and other industrial components Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs Use electrical test equipment and hand/power tools as needed Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvement projects Respond to equipment breakdowns and help reduce production downtime Perform equipment inspections and identify potential problems before they result in failures Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and company procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or a related technical environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of electrical systems and components Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safety-focused with a strong attention to detail Technical training, trade school, or related certification is a plus Why Join Indorama Ventures Hygiene?
