Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize the longevity and performance of automated distribution hardware. Resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures in conveyors, motors, relays, and sensor arrays to minimize system downtime. Lead the installation and calibration of advanced packaging machinery to support high-volume throughput requirements. Analyze root causes of mechanical malfunctions to implement permanent, high-impact technical solutions. Document all service interventions and system modifications to maintain precise operational records. Champion a culture of safety by strictly enforcing industrial protocols and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate workplace hazards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting industrial electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Hands-on experience utilizing power tools and diagnostic equipment for industrial repairs. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Preferred Skills Technical certification in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related engineering field. Advanced knowledge of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and low-voltage cabling. Proven ability to diagnose heavy equipment and complex automated conveyor systems.
