Plant Equipment Reliability Technician (Multi-Craft)

Want a stable, long-term career with hands-on training and room to grow? What you'll tackle Keep manufacturing assets running by diagnosing and repairing equipment issues. Own preventive and corrective maintenance to protect uptime. Service hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, identify leaks, and replace worn components. Rebuild and replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and conveyor components. Use a multimeter to safely troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V. Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to find root causes fast. Work safely and coordinate with production to minimize downtime during repairs. Close out work orders and clearly document maintenance actions. Collaborate with both production and maintenance teams to drive efficiency. What you'll need to succeed Industrial maintenance background within a manufacturing setting. Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience working with 480V industrial electrical equipment. Ability to read and apply electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Proficiency with precision measuring tools and diagnostic instruments. Working knowledge of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and production machinery.
