Shuft Pay:

$25-$30/hr.

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Technicians to support the build, testing, and maintenance of jet engine systems. This role works closely with engineers to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient assembly in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, test, and repair engine components and systems Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting Read and follow technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints Support testing processes and collaborate with engineering teams Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards Operate specialized tools and equipment in a production setting

Qualifications:

Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or technician roles Automotive experience (technician, mechanic, or assembly) is highly relevant and transferable Experience working on engines, motors, or mechanical systems strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Additional Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen (ITAR requirement) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Up to 10% international travel in the first year
