Includes paid vacation, sick/personal time, and paid holidays. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical sports equipment and facility components using hand and power tools. Set up and operate light machining and fabrication equipment (saws, drills) to prepare materials. Read and interpret simple blueprints, production drawings, or work orders to ensure accuracy. Conduct regular quality checks on parts and finished products to maintain our high standards. Perform basic routine maintenance on machinery and keep work areas clean. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic technical drawings or measurements. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required — We Will Train!) Basic experience operating machining or fabrication equipment (e.g., drill presses, saws, or mills).
