Industrial Maintenance Tech- Bakery We are seeking a skilled maintenance tech for our growing bakery business. A self-starter who is willing to join a small team and can help maintain our production equipment consisting of mixers, make-up, tunnel oven, continuous blast freezer and packaging area. Its a modern plant where we run a day shift only. This is a hands-on position which requires a strong skill set.

Please have the following:

• Ability to read electrical diagrams, have good electrical skills on power and control systems and be proficient in PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of pumps, refrigeration systems, variable speed applications, dual voltage systems, commercial ovens, mixers, flow wrappers, cartoners, and other manufacturing equipment and applications.

MUST HAVE

Experience working in a Food Safety Certified facility.(SQF, BRC or ISO) Our plant is located in the Mason City, Iowa area and the work environment is calm, organized and drama free. We provide assistance for relocation.
