Job Summary The Testing & Mechanical Specialist is responsible for final vehicle testing and providing technical support throughout the building process. This role also assists with final assembly at both the Orange City and Hull facilities as needed. Responsibilities Perform final testing of vehicles to ensure proper function and quality Provide technical support and troubleshoot mechanical issues at any stage of production Maintain an efficient, organized, and safe testing area Document, pack, and prepare completed projects for shipment Assist with final assembly tasks when required Support team members with a positive, service‑oriented attitude Complete additional duties as assigned Core Competencies Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams Working knowledge of traffic paint striping equipment Solid mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving ability Ability to read and interpret prints and technical documentation Skilled in inspection using measuring tools, visual checks, and mechanical evaluation Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Dependable, motivated, and committed to maintaining a positive attitude Qualification & Education Requirements Strong mechanical background required Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication preferred Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods Proficient computer skills Demonstrated servant‑minded approach to supporting others Class A CDL required or ability and willingness to obtain with company assistance An Equal Opportunity Employer Pre-Employment Drug Testing Required.
