$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and skills) Join Our Team Crest Foods Co., Inc. is seeking a Line Mechanic to join our Contract Packaging Division. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Identify root causes of equipment issues and make adjustments to optimize performance. Safely move, install, and set up manufacturing equipment. Operate and maintain a variety of packaging equipment, including: Bartelt packaging machines Cartoners Auger fillers Cup fillers Conveyors Robotic components Other production machinery Disassemble, replace components, and reassemble machinery as needed. Work with electrical systems and components up to 480V, 3-phase. Document parts usage and repair activities using electronic maintenance software. Train and support Line Operators on machine functions and operational procedures. Communicate effectively with Line Operators and Production Managers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications Required:

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be at least 18 years of age. English proficiency required. Preferred Food manufacturing experience (preferred but not required). Manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
