Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Industrial Multi-Craft Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing both mechanical and electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment. Have the ability to trace control and power circuits to identify open circuits, shorts, or failed components like relays, contactors, sensors. Use multimeters and diagrams to identify and correct faults in safety circuits, start/stop relays, heater contactors, and control voltage loops. Repair or replace blown fuses, tripped breakers, damaged sensors, or failed interlocks. Must be able to use a multimeter to figure out issues with switches, photo eyes and encoders. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems bearings, conveyors, pumps, and related systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Fabricate, assemble, or modify components as needed to support production. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Qualifications 8+ years of industrial maintenance mechanic and electrical experience. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electrical systems and rotating equipment. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Welding and fabrication skills a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work overtime.
