Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electrical & Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Elgin, IL. These individuals will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have previous assembly or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $19 to $22/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 2nd shift schedule available Located in Elgin, IL Duties and Responsibilities Assemble electrical or mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and specifications Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Identify and report defects or assembly issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures Meet production and quality expectations Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to workplace safety and quality — (Salary range based on experience) —
