We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced plastics manufacturing operation. This role requires a strong background in both electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance , with hands-on manufacturing experience preferred over warehouse or distribution-center maintenance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading blueprints and electrical schematics, wiring motors, troubleshooting and tracing circuits, using a multimeter, and working safely with voltages up to 480V . On the mechanical side, experience with pumps, gearboxes, vacuum pumps, bearing lubrication, shaft alignment, and preventative maintenance is essential. New technicians will receive hands-on training and support during their first few weeks, working alongside an experienced mechanic while learning the facility and equipment. Once fully trained, technicians will be expected to work independently, respond to line calls, support equipment breakdowns, complete PMs, and assist with maintenance projects in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment .
