Full Job Description The Opportunity:

Growth into Leadership Tri-City Heat Treat is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with mechanical work. We aren't just looking for a technician; we are looking for our future Maintenance Manager. If you are currently "capped out" in your role or looking for a clear path to leadership, this is the position for you. You will play a critical role in maintaining our facility while helping us build a more proactive maintenance culture. What You'll Do This is a dual-focus role requiring both electrical expertise and mechanical aptitude:

Electrical Mastery:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair motors, controllers, relays, VFDs, and power circuits up to 480V.

Mechanical & Fabrication:

Perform mechanical repairs, welding, basic plumbing, and equipment fabrication.

Proactive Maintenance:

Execute preventative maintenance schedules and respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to keep production running.

Project Leadership:

Handle work orders for equipment modifications and new installations, ensuring a safe and clean shop environment.

The Schedule Primary Shift:

Day Shift.

Details:

Standard 8-hour days with overtime, weekends, possible holidays as needed to support production demands (flexibility)

What You Bring Experience:

Minimum 5 years of Industrial Electrician experience (required).

Technical Skill:

Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics for troubleshooting.

Versatility:

A "jack-of-all-trades" mindset with a working knowledge of welding and mechanical systems.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and repetitive work for extended periods.
