Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and installation of mechanical components. This position involves the use of various hand and power tools to assemble and install blowers, fans, and motors. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality and precision in their work. Responsibilities Utilize tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, c-clamps, scratch awls, and hammers for assembly tasks. Assemble and install blowers, fans, and motors with precision and care. Install panels and ensure all components are securely fitted. Operate pneumatic glue guns for specific assembly tasks. Required Qualifications Ability to push up to 50 pounds on a conveyor system. Completion of Wiring Certification training. Ability to stand constantly and frequently kneel, crawl, or stoop. Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in assembly or a similar manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
