Diagnose faults, isolate root causes, and restore equipment to service. Follow direction from the Maintenance Supervisor during the shift. Conduct daily walk-through inspections in your assigned area. Complete run-time and down-time preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. Record labor and parts usage by closing out work orders accurately. Assist with troubleshooting production process issues when needed. Maintain a clean, orderly work area—including tools and toolbox. Update supervision, staff, and operators—verbally and in writing—on maintenance status. Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments. Work safely at all times, following LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies. Respond promptly to internal and external customers. Schedule 12-hour day shift on a rotating 3-2-2 schedule. What you bring High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Associate's Degree in a maintenance or technical field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance. Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (3-2-2).
