You will leverage your expertise in automation, electrical systems, and mechanical repair to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement across our production floor. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative and diagnostic maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to support high-speed production. Program and maintain robotic systems and automated controls to optimize manufacturing throughput. Interpret technical blueprints and equipment manuals to facilitate precise installations and system upgrades. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and shop equipment to perform metal fabrication, welding, and component repair. Maintain a rigorous safety culture by strictly adhering to LOTO procedures and all industrial regulatory standards. Drive OEE improvements by actively participating in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. Required Skills Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Strong proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, relay logic, and electrical distribution systems. Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical repairs, including welding, drilling, and tapping. Competence in reading technical schematics and using precision diagnostic tools. Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and maneuvering in tight spaces. Preferred Skills Direct experience with robotic programming and industrial automation integration. Previous background maintaining air compressors and heavy-duty stamping equipment. Technical certification or formal training in industrial electricity or mechanical systems.
