In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing equipment uptime through a reliability-based maintenance program, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize equipment uptime through a reliability-based maintenance program Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment to avoid downtime Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and machinery Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis troubleshooting on equipment and processes Perform welding, cutting, and fabricating as assigned Complete all work orders, logs, and tool reconciliation with parts usage accurately Track equipment downtime and record all work performed as required Communicate daily with opposite shifts and other departments regarding equipment status and maintenance issues Return all tools, equipment, and materials to proper locations in clean and ready-to-use condition Respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner Support all company policies, procedures, and safety practices at all times

Requirements:

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance Proficiency in electrical systems including troubleshooting and repair Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics Ability to use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools effectively Familiarity with PLCs preferred Welding experience is a plus Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written Previous supervisory experience preferred Customer service mindset with a focus on quality work and operational excellence
