6:00 AM- 2:30 PM Great Benefits 120 hours of PTO in your first year 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee referral bonus program Growth & Development Career advancement opportunities Skill development and pay progression Free access to Amatrol's eLearning library A Workplace You'll Enjoy Climate-controlled facility Employee lunches, celebrations, treat days, and team events Supportive, family-oriented culture What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of mechanical assemblers to achieve safety, quality, and production goals Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members Ensure products are assembled according to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Collaborate with manufacturing leadership, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement efforts Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Monitor materials, tools, and resources to support successful production operations What You'll Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing operations experience Minimum of 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience training and developing team members Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience About Amatrol Founded in 1981, Amatrol is a family-owned company dedicated to developing innovative technical training systems that help individuals build skills for real-world careers.
