By afternoon, a new conveyor section is being installed, documentation is updated, and you've synced with operations to prevent the next slowdown. Before you clock out, parts inventory is verified, work orders are closed out, and you've shared a tip you picked up in training that could shave minutes off a recurring changeover. What you'll take on Execute routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support new machinery installations. Adhere to all safety procedures and accurately document maintenance work. Keep tools organized, maintain precise records, and track spare parts inventory. Contribute to facility upkeep and partner with production to reduce downtime. Participate in training and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What you bring 3+ years in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including up to 480V. Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, tools, and equipment; conveyor systems experience is a plus. Ability to interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety guidelines. Proven skill repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic fault-tracing. Sharp problem-solving, a safety-first mindset, and the independence to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
