Responsibilities Assist with the setup and organization of workstations, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for production activities Support mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments under supervision Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to transport parts and equipment safely Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and protocols Skills Experience operating power tools and hand tools within a factory or manufacturing setting Mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical assembly or technical proficiency in using measuring instruments Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and managing production or assembly teams is a plus Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of heavy lifting safety procedures Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating with team members This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing while contributing to a fast-paced production environment.
