Flexforce Pros is seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanical or Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team in New Iberia, Louisiana. The Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, installing, and servicing mechanical components and systems according to specifications, drawings, and established quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components, equipment, and systems according to specifications and work instructions. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively. Install, align, adjust, and secure mechanical components. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, alignment, and workmanship. Identify assembly issues or defects and make appropriate adjustments or corrections. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding job status, issues, and required materials. Perform other duties related to mechanical assembly as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, industrial, heavy equipment, or related experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and assembly instructions. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to safely lift, handle, and position components and materials as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety. PAY $21.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday:

6:30 AM-4:30

PM Saturday:
