$35+/hour + $2/hr shift differential, depending on experience

Type:

Direct Hire / Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment. Diagnose electrical issues, sensors, and control circuits. Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Work with motors, gearboxes, drives, bearings, and rollers. Perform preventive maintenance and identify root causes of equipment failures. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Respond to equipment breakdowns and get production back up and running safely.

Qualifications:

Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills are a must. Experience with mechanical systems, pneumatics, and gearboxes/drive systems. Ability to troubleshoot equipment from start to finish. Manufacturing experience in paper is not required — experience with other production machinery is welcome.

This is not a facilities, property, apartment, HVAC, or building maintenance position. Candidates must have hands-on experience maintaining production machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
